We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. You can view your estimated shipping costs in your cart before arriving at your checkout page.
For your convenience, you can complete your order online and pick it up in our store. There are no shipping costs for this method. Orders are available for pick up Sunday and Monday 11am-5pm and Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please complete the Return form located within your account page > Orders -> Return Request. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange. Please allow up to 72 business hours from the day of the receipt of your item to complete the process. We will notify you when this process is complete. Depending on your credit card company, the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
